FOX NOSE
Townhouse, 195 m2
St. Petersburg, Russia
The project of this townhouse in the Lisiy Nos (Fox nose) cottage village near St. Petersburg is very dear to me. This is one of the first projects I completed, the owners of which later became my close friends and still continue to cooperate with me, buying other properties.

The townhouse has three floors with a total area of 195 m2, not counting the balconies.

On the ground floor there is an entrance area with several wardrobes, a kitchen-living room and a toilet. To increase the space of a small living room, we fit all the kitchen furniture under the stairs.

All three bathrooms (one on each floor) are located one above the other and initially had the same area, but on the first floor we decided to organize a laundry room, dividing the bathroom into 2 rooms.

This toilet turned out to be very bright and cozy. We did not cover the entire space with tiles, but finished the upper part of the walls with waterproof plaster - a well-organized ventilation system does not allow moisture to stagnate in the premises. In the laundry room, in addition to the washer-dryer, there is an ironing area and cabinets for storing clean bed linen and towels.

On the second floor there are a master bedroom, a children's room and a master bathroom.

In the bedroom, we decided to don't stay with standard solutions and placed a king-size bed on a long wall in front of the window, and hung the TV from the ceiling on a bracket (fortunately, the height of the room allowed this to be done). And so that the light from the panoramic window does not interfere with its viewing in the daytime, the issue was resolved with black-out velvet curtains with 100% blackout.

The client had special wishes for the master bathroom. Or rather, a lot of wishes. Yana loves all sorts of creams, shampoos, bottles. Therefore, in this bathroom it was necessary to accommodate the maximum possible number of storage spaces.

And so that all this does not spoil the overall picture with its diversity, we made the storage places hidden, in a box with an installation above the toilet bowl. One cabinet turned out in the sink area, and the second in the bathroom area, which turned out to be very convenient for use.

But the main highlight of this interior is a bath-island with a mirror panel in the entire height of the room. And various types of lighting, such as overhead spotlights, subdued sconces in the sink area and recessed lights around the bathroom, allow you to create the right atmosphere.
