It had just one floor and one underground floor for service spaces like laundry, stuff bedroom with private bathroom, storage spaces and guest room with personal living room.

Because of the house was built pretty long time ago, many solutions were already old and not appropriated and some details even haven't been considered in the moment of construction and complicated life of residents of the house.

The idea of client was to improve all spaces, make them more ergonomic, and to build one more floor with total redesign and restyling of exterior and interior.

At the end the house turned out to be about 850 sqm with 3 big terraces and one balcony.
